Defective Parachute Sent Back For Re-Servicing: Why We Must Be Willing to Be Led Astray
The incontestable fact that we already possess everything we ‘need and want’ in our life remains a conclusively clear, unmistakably demonstrative luring avenue of new-found exploration. Yes. We are carrying the ‘ark of the covenant’ filled with the extraordinarily compacted secrets pertaining to our specific direction, guidance and humanly projected purpose for being alive. No one else has the goods for us. We can’t find, in another, what doesn’t belong or pertain to us. We may, in ignorance, inadvertently give enamored credence and distinguished supposition, (even to the point of revered elevation of stature) to someone we THINK knows more, sees more, has experienced more than we have, but the irreplaceable truth remains-staring right back at us from the steamy bathroom mirror- WE are the walking hallowed embodiment of all there is or ever will be for/in/on our particular encompassing self-generated sacred journey.
Every step we take, whether calculated or not, initiates the prescribed ‘method and means’ necessary for the resolution of that one particular movement. In other words, no matter the path we walk, the journey offers the imploding keys of undifferentiated divine substance, arising from ourselves, which are vital and contributory. To put simply: we find what we are looking for while we are busily engaged, searching for something entirely different. Never is the road a straight non-obscured path leading to the treasure pot. We must travel a zig- zag line comprised of interlocking twists and turns, convulsive stops and starts which appear to lead nowhere.
What happens normally, in the course of our designated path of circular events, shows itself as deep-rooted impatience on our part. We want something to occur’ right this minute’ in this precise way by this particular person. We are often, so driven to see results, we cripple or dismantle our efforts. If we would but realize, with absolute certainty, that sublime artistic creativity, beneficial advantage, favored financial streams flow on the wings of accumulated experiences linked together through the opportunities not consciously sought to bring about a desired end. Some may call this feature, ‘luck’; I say that’s as good a term to crudely describe the effects as anything else. The specific term used is not nearly as important as the conscious realization of the subliminal magic associated.
Some people ‘poo poo’ magic either because they don’t understand the intricately involved schematically scientific patterns associated or they simply don’t understand (I’m aware I’m repeating myself) the laborious concentration, focus, dedication and callously objective mental deliberation of observing and following patterns. When one is able to recognize, assimilate and integrate patterns, he is using his instinctively creatively instilled god-given intelligence to the fullest capacity. Stellar patterns exist everywhere in everything. We intuit, without being reminded, that we are spiraling energy vortexes formed and sustained through definite reoccurring patterns.
Are we not surrounded by various probabilities, cycles, sequences and distributions? Just think of one singular motion that does not go through certain (whether sporadic or constant) repeated tendencies. In the same way, our lives are convoluted links structured by the series of uncharacteristic episodes we deem so insignificant at the time they take place. We are surrounded by the solutions to our most perplexing problems; they exist right in front of our very conditioned eyes. We can’t or (won’t) see the other alternative because we are so fixatedly resistant to the illogical. We want everything to make sense. In fact, it does but not from our limited perspective.
How many times have you experienced something that would otherwise be so insignificant that made all of the difference in the world? It could be something as simple as waking up one day to an unexpected phone call. The caller says she’s trying to locate Dr. Buliford Rice. Of course, no one by that name lives at this phone number. But, the call will not leave your consciousness. As you leave for work, you inadvertently catch a commercial, out of the corner of your eye, on television, which advocates the new health benefits of lowering blood pressure, associated with more consumption of rice. On your typical route to work, you notice a blaring billboard, (you’ve never seen before) reaffirming Blood Pressure as the Silent Killer. Within the first few minutes at work, you are shocked to learn of your co-worker sister’s unexpected death (a fatal stroke) during the previous night due to high blood pressure which she did not know she had. You join a few others for lunch; they want to go to a brand new Chinese Restaurant where enormous amounts of rice are served. Upon returning home a coupon for a free bag of Uncle Ben’s Rice is discovered in your mailbox. Now, these events are certainly more obvious and startling than most. But, the point beckons to be noticed: all events are elaborately, inescapably linked together weaving an implacable pattern of insightful paradigms.
Life is celestially magic! Filled with immeasurable patterns which are inconspicuously constructed, and unconsciously delivered; we inconclusively see but the surface of the tallied results. In order, to begin to observe the myopically construed galactic chain of events, we must institute an unprejudiced and objective mind concerning the consequences. In other words, we need be aware that there’s so much more going on than meets the untrained eye. Instead of jumping to familiar conclusions based upon what we are used to seeing, we remind ourselves of the possibility the circumstances being linked to something far greater than we are able to determine at the moment.
The final reading of the path traveled will be anything other than what we currently believe it will bring. We strive much too hard for specific detailed results when the other half of the story remains esoterically concealed. How then, can we accurately decide, what’s the best and most productive action to take on any given course of action? When we are brave and conscious enough to use ‘Death’ as our measuring stick in progression, since he is our most treasured confidant and ally, we may begin to welcome the abrupt unwelcomed changes in our plans.
The cumbersome problem ensues when we have too many items of “what I must do and be in order to be successful” cluttering the mind and house. Why not rid some of them? Better yet, let’s excavate our entire household; attitudes and all. We might just find us under all that mess. Surely WE are there: Somewhere.

Never thought about it before - but you're right. We do take circular paths throughout our lives - and there are the cycles of living that we undertake too. Round and around we go.
What a great blog this is, Paula.
