Christmas: A Symbolic Gesture of Release and Surrender

And so it is, that the world as we understand it, has set aside a day to commemorate the birth of one named ‘Jesus’. It is a symbolic gesture of release and surrender; not withstanding, this day being set aside, for no one is certain, on which day he entered or which day he departed. Important to embrace, is the knowledge that he lived, died and with his sublime existence, continues to be felt evermore presently. Unto this season a King was born. His name was Emmanuel which means: God with us. It was a time such as this, many years ago a Lord, Creator, and Master of Benefit entered this world. Yet, the untold magnificence of his reign was overlooked while he walked with those who knew him best. “For a prophet is not known in his own country,” nor was Jesus’ life fully realized or recognized until he had passed through bodily form.
He taught a way of life that few understood. He spoke of the kingdom of heaven ‘being within’ that even fewer comprehended. He demonstrated a way of life to mankind, as a workable example. For the way of perfection of the soul he exhibited but none completely understood his message or his divine purpose. For many asked, “Is he not the son of Joseph, the mere carpenter?” He baffled those more learned than he and embittered those who were more piously religious. He confused and confounded those who loved him best. Last but not least, he angered those who would not partake of the truth, he represented.
Many times he would remark by questioning the disciples that followed him, “Is it not written ye are all Gods?” And, they would all look bewildered, conflicting each to the other seeking for the illumination their Master so desperately wanted to impart. He would continue, “Be ye perfect even as your Father in heaven is perfect for I and the Father are one and if you love me you will do my will.” They understood not his reasoning of explanation that to be ‘perfect’ was something that was not be obtained but was a state of being already present in each of them IF only they would recognize it. For to be perfect, is to lack nothing; to desire nothing, to seek nothing, to ask for nothing. ‘Nothing’ embraces perfection; to be content in whatever state that thou does find thyself in establishes and maintains perfection.
The Holiday Season represents a time of sharing not of purchasing gifts, but in ‘rays of contented bliss’ shed abroad; saturating all those, thou does come in contact with. A listening ear, a warm shoulder, a hot cup of tea, a kind word, and most of all moments of reverent silence, these sacred moments of silence shared, where words would do nothing but adulterate the joy felt within, are to be cherished and acknowledged in prayerful meditation. This children, is the Holy season of Christmas. This children, is the purpose of being alive and experiencing thy walk on earth. So, cause thyself to remember, as you sit in your warm adorned houses with all of the comforts material life can provide, that the King of Kings and Lord of Lords spent the first two weeks of his life where the cold winds blew and the air howled in piercing rages through the rafters of a wooden stall. Consider where it is thou doest sit and how richly provided for thou art. For thou art able to measure the statue of a man by how much he is able to do without and still be content.
This Christmas Season is a time of rejoicing! Indeed, Jesus was able to rejoice exceedingly. He needed not fine linens nor richly prepared sultry foods to add to his state of happiness. He KNEW his abode was not of this earth, nor was his kingdom. As he grew, he did not seek the things of the earth or in the earth to appease him; for he was utterly complete and satisfied within himself. When he spoke to his disciples many times, “Birds have nests, foxes have fox holes, but the Son of Man hath no where to lay his head”, he did so with a state of mindful peace perfected. Children, above all, during this Holiday Season, bring to your remembrance, how life is meant to teach you, instill within you, to bring out of you, the same sanctified spirit our Lord and Master shared while he was yet on the earth plane. It is embedded in that pure unadulterated form, as he continues to share the self same ignited energy in the very midst and presence of you, even now. Embrace and apply these principals, daily.
Remember now, and don’t forget it is NEVER in the receiving of anything from another that the light of joy and truth is experienced but in the giving and sharing of thyself with another that thou does experience eternal bliss. There is not anything from the smallest cracker to the largest diamond mine that thou couldst receive to incorporate the peace and joy that you are capable of experiencing and sharing during this Holiday Season. Unsurpassing joy radiates from your being; as you peer into the veil of sublime forgetfulness releasing any and all resentment which holds you in bondage. For it is the selfishness of the grievous world that has blinded the richness of your freedom; you contain the secret of the universe itself. The greatest gift of surrender is the only gift thou art able to keep. The secret in the ever flowing increase of that gift is by knowing without questioning, without defending, without arguing this point to another. Thou art acutely aware that there is nothing that any of thee could receive that could add one day to thy life, one inch to thy height, or breath to thy statue.
So children, I rejoice with you this Holiday Season. To know the spirit of Christ that dwells among you and in you envelopes incomparable splendor, “Let thy life so shine” that it may glorify thy Master in all thy earthly endeavors and worldly walks. Love one another in such a miraculous way; all may see the light of goodness in thee and not merely as a verbal passage of words from thy lips. Children, before closing I ask thee to mediate upon the idea that thou does falsely hold, “If I had more money I could buy more things and therefore, make more people happy.” Not so. There is nothing that thou canst give with money that can add to another person’s well-being. All is well and perfect in/with/of the world. If thou would possess the true knowledge ‘concerning money’, thou would realize to have more money in thy possession, only makes thee more responsible. Misery is attached to the heavy responsibility of what proper channels to send money. Money can be used as an energetic transient means to bring about the exchange for Divine Wisdom that thou art able to partake. But, it requires of thee many hours of self examination of thy imploring impetus to act. All the money in the world cannot buy what thou art able to share, experience, and intermingle on a daily basis by simply showing up for your life as it unfolds each moment, exactly.
Children, this very moment thou does possess what the wealthiest man in the world would give all that he has accumulated, to know and that being “TRUE PEACE OF MIND”. By having seen the face of God in thee thou art free of possession. Nothing could be added to thy estate to make thee more complete except by and through the spirit of unlimited understanding in total acceptance “as it is”. United together this special Christmas Season for thou does indeed share a bond that has existed for eons of time which by passes all disillusionment and disappointment of this life and all prior lives; even surpassing the bonds of thy own families. To become aware of the knowledge of who you are, where you came from, what you are doing here, and where you are going once you leave sums it up.
Christmas on earth lasts but for a day but the spirit of truth that you were born with and have been exposed to as you have lived, lingers in your heart and floods your being will last you all the days of your life and sustain throughout eternity. As this Holiday Season draws to a close and the New Year begins, be prepared, “to mount up as eagles”; run and not grow weary for the ‘Dragon of Enlightenment’ is due to arrive on the 23rd day of January 2012. You, as the Gods and the Goddess, will mount him to pierce the skys of ignorance and fear. Stand like a tee planted by the waters, in perfect tone, pitch, and vibration. I join you in silent prayer and mediation throughout this joyous Holiday Season for the greatest gift anyone can give or ever will give is not in a gift found under a tree but a portion of thyself and a portion of me!
A very Special Merry Christmas to you all!
